Swim School Staff


We realize the quality of our programs depends on the quality of our instructors. For this reason, our instructors are chosen based on their qualifications, communication skills, patience, and love for children. Our structured training program ensures that each student receives the finest hands-on instruction available. Regardless of their age or skill level, students will discover that continuous interaction with our warm and caring instructors develops trust and stability both in and out of the water. We are pleased to give our swimmers a qualified team of experienced, mature professionals who are devoted to making a positive impact on their students.

Anais
Anais

Anais learned how to swim when she was three years old and her favorite strokes are the Freestyle and the Breaststroke. She gained experience working with children through babysitting, volunteering at a daycare, and teaching at an elementary school. She has a passion for teaching swimming lessons because she loves being able to watch her students’ confidence grow as they achieve their goals. Anais is currently studying Fine Arts and Education at Evergreen Valley College. A fun fact about Anais is that she loves arts and crafts!

Gabriela
Gabriela

Gabriela learned how to swim when she was five years old, and she honed her swimming skills while taking swim classes throughout high school. She gained experience working with children through babysitting, and volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club for two years. Her favorite things about teaching swimming lessons are interacting with her students, and helping them learn a new valuable life skill in a fun and engaging way. A fun fact about Gabriela is that she loves to sing!

Lilia learned how to swim when she was eight years old and has loved the water ever since. She gained experience working with children through babysitting and working at Chuck E Cheese’s. Her favorite thing about teaching swimming lessons is the knowledge that her students are learning a new lifesaving skill. Lilia is currently studying Architecture at West Valley College. A fun fact about Lilia is that she loves to draw!

Maria

Maria learned how to swim at a young age and swam competitively in high school. She gained experience working with children through volunteering at her church and babysitting. Her favorite thing about teaching swimming lessons is the daily interaction with her students, and helping them learn an invaluable new life skill. Maria currently studies mathematics at San Jose City College. A fun fact about Maria is that she was born in Peru and she loves to do makeup!

Natalie

Natalie is currently attending West Valley College. She started swimming at age 3 and swam competitively on her high school’s varsity swim team. Natalie gained childcare experience as a babysitter and has also volunteered for her mom’s elementary school special needs class. Her favorite part about teaching swim lessons is seeing her students progress. A few of Natalie’s hobbies include theater arts, spending time with her friends, and singing in her car. An interesting fact about Natalie is she loves Disney songs and movies.
