Swim School Staff


We realize the quality of our programs depends on the quality of our instructors. For this reason, our instructors are chosen based on their qualifications, communication skills, patience, and love for children. Our structured training program ensures that each student receives the finest hands-on instruction available. Regardless of their age or skill level, students will discover that continuous interaction with our warm and caring instructors develops trust and stability both in and out of the water. We are pleased to give our swimmers a qualified team of experienced, mature professionals who are devoted to making a positive impact on their students.

Blanca learned how to swim when she was four years old and fell in love with the water. She gained experience working with children through babysitting younger family members, working as a camp counselor, and instructing children as an art teacher. Blanca’s favorite thing about teaching swimming lessons is seeing the excitement in her students’ faces as they accomplish a new goal. A fun fact about Blanca is that she loves superheroes!

Delilah learned how to swim when she was a toddler and has loved swimming ever since. She gained experience with children as a babysitter. Her favorite things about teaching swimming lessons are the daily interactions with her students and building up their swimming skills and confidence. A fun fact about Delilah is that she has a twin sister!

Elizabeth

Elizabeth learned how to swim at a young age, and her favorite strokes are Butterfly and Freestyle. She previously coached a swim team for children ages 4-9 for two years. She also gained experience working with children through being a teacher’s assistant for a kindergarten class, volunteering at after-school programs, and working at a children’s hospital. She is passionate about teaching swimming lessons because she loves her students different personalities and adapting the lessons to the needs of her students. A fun fact about Elizabeth is that she loves to scuba dive!

Irma learned how to swim when she was seven years old, and has loved the water ever since. She gained experience working with children ages three months through eleven years old through babysitting. Her favorite thing about teaching swimming lessons are the daily interactions with her students and witnessing the joy on their faces as they learn a new life skill. Irma is currently studying Law Enforcement at West Valley College. A fun fact about Irma is that she loves to travel!

Additional Skills: Bilingual in Spanish
