Girl Scout Programs
We're happy to announce that we will be offering aquatics based programs for Girl Scouts that are Council approved and lead by registered Adult Girl Scout Leaders.

Waterworks Aquatics can coordinate with your Girl Scout troop to create a customized aquatic program that will fit the needs and interests of the participants. We currently do not have a set schedule of program dates but can set something up based on your group's availability and our facility schedule.

Suggested program content includes but is not limited to:

  • Introduce and further develop water safety skills
  • Learn the proper steps toward identifying a safe place to swim
  • First aid and rescue techniques for aquatic emergencies
  • Practice and learn the correct swimming technique of the four competitive strokes
  • Learn the steps necessary to maintain a clean swimming environment
  • Understand competitive stroke technique and leadership opportunities in aquatics
  • Free swim, pool games, relay races, etc.

We can accommodate up to 30 participants and programs are usually 1 - 2 hours in length.

Cost for a 1 hour program is $20.00 per participant, 1.5 hours is $30 per participant, and 2 hours is $40 per participant. We require a minimum of 6 participants to book a program date.

All participants will need to bring a swimming suit, sun protection, towel, snack, and water. Goggles are suggested.
