Water Aerobics

Classes will be held in our 5 lane, 25 yard indoor pool. Water will be heated up to 89 degrees year round.

Low Intensity Classes

  • Improves circulation and strengthens muscles – particularly the abdominal muscles
  • Improves flexibility and range of motion – easier to move joints in the water
  • Increases endurance – can exercise longer in water without getting overheated
