Swim School Staff
We realize the quality of our programs depends on the quality of our instructors. For this reason, our instructors are chosen based on their qualifications, communication skills, patience, and love for children. Our structured training program ensures that each student receives the finest hands-on instruction available. Regardless of their age or skill level, students will discover that continuous interaction with our warm and caring instructors develops trust and stability both in and out of the water. We are pleased to give our swimmers a qualified team of experienced, mature professionals who are devoted to making a positive impact on their students.
Cynthia began swimming at the age of thirteen and one of her favorite strokes is Freestyle. What she enjoys most about teaching swimming lessons is seeing her students grow in their skills and in their love for swimming. Cynthia attends San Jose City College where she is studying Sociology. When she is not swimming she enjoys hanging out with her friends.
Gabriella learned how to swim at a young age and her favorite stroke is Breaststroke. She gained experience working with children through assisting autistic students as a behavioral aide. Her favorite thing about teaching swimming lesson is seeing her students’ progress each session. Gabriella is currently studying Social Work at San Jose City College. When she is not in the pool, you can catch her hiking the local trails!
North San Jose
Hoan began swimming at the age of five. He has worked with children ages seven through eighteen working at his local YMCA and at a daycare. His favorite part about teaching swimming lessons is seeing the progress each one of his students is making as they keep coming in to their lessons. Hoan is currently attending Evergreen Valley College where he is studying Psychology. Some of his hobbies include swimming, exercising and traveling.
Rhiannon began taking lessons at the age of three. One of her favorite strokes is Breaststroke and one of her favorite events is the 200 meter Breaststroke. Her favorite aspect of teaching swimming lessons is helping her students learn to love the water as much as she does. Rhiannon is attending San Jose City College where she is studying Psychology. During her free time she enjoys playing music, painting, drawing and reading.
