Swim School Staff

We realize the quality of our programs depends on the quality of our instructors. For this reason, our instructors are chosen based on their qualifications, communication skills, patience, and love for children. Our structured training program ensures that each student receives the finest hands-on instruction available. Regardless of their age or skill level, students will discover that continuous interaction with our warm and caring instructors develops trust and stability both in and out of the water. We are pleased to give our swimmers a qualified team of experienced, mature professionals who are devoted to making a positive impact on their students.

Ilianna

Los Angeles

Ilianna learned how to swim when she was five years old and partook in private swim lessons at the age of fifteen to become proficient in each swim stroke. She gained experience working with children through babysitting. Her favorite thing about teaching swimming lessons is watching her students’ swim skills improve each lesson. Ilianna is currently studying Business and Economics at California State University, Los Angeles. A fun fact about Ilianna is that she loves to paint!

Javany

Brooklyn, NY

Javany has been swimming since the young age of three. One of her favorite strokes is Backstroke. She has been working with children for the past 5 years as a babysitter and a math tutor. What she enjoys most about teaching swimming lessons is getting to interact with her students and seeing how quickly her students are able to learn all new skills. Javany is currently attending Cal State Los Angeles where she is studying Applied Mathematics. On her free time she enjoys drawing, dancing, singing and playing a variety of sports.

Marlene

Southgate

Marlene is currently studying Kinesiology at Cal State University, Los Angeles. She first learned to swim at age 7 and she began competing on her high school swim team as a Sophomore. Her favorite strokes are the butterfly and the breaststroke. Marlene gained experience working with children of all ages as a babysitter. She enjoys caring for her nephew and her niece, who has autism. Her favorite part about teaching swim lessons is seeing her students excitement when they learn a new skill. In her spare time Marlene loves to write, paint, hike, and run at the beach.

Megan

Rosemead

Megan learned how to swim at a young age and her favorite stroke is Breaststroke! She swam competitively in high school where she excelled at the 100 yard Breaststroke. Megan gained experience working with children as a recreational leader for the City of Rosemead. Her favorite thing about teaching swimming lesson is helping her students learn a life-saving skill. She is studying Early Childhood Education at Mt. San Antonio College. A fun fact about Megan is that she loves to draw!

Tiffanie

Los Angeles

Tiffanie learned how to swim when she was seven years old and she swam competitively throughout high school. Her favorite stroke is Butterfly and her favorite event is the 100 Yard Butterfly. She gained experience working with children ages 6 month to three years as a babysitter. Tiffanie loves watching the excitement on her students’ faces when they accomplish their goals. She is currently studying Kinesiology at East Los Angeles College. When Tiffanie is not in the water, she loves going to Disneyland!
