Water Aerobics

Classes will be held in our 7 lane, 25 yard indoor pool. Water will be heated up to 89 degrees year round.

Low Intensity Classes

Days: Fridays

Time: 5:00PM – 6:00pm

$12 per class; purchase a Waterworks Aquatics scan card and save!

  • $108 for 10 classes
  • $150 for 15 classes
  • $180 for 20 classes

  • Improves circulation and strengthens muscles – particularly the abdominal muscles
  • Improves flexibility and range of motion – easier to move joints in the water
  • Increases endurance – can exercise longer in water without getting overheated

Aquatic Personal Training

Aquatic Zen specializes in restorative aquatic movement practices. We work with clients to achieve or restore balance and well being, using the healing properties of water and a variety of well-established techniques.

Aquatic Zen specializes in three distinct yet complementary techniques: AquaStretch, Ai Chi and Personal Training. Together or separately, they can provide you anything from a one-time movement experience to a comprehensive fitness regimen. Experience the healing and restorative power of the water!
