Hello Waterworks Aquatics families,
As many of you know we are continuously doing our best to improve our customers service to increase your overall experience at Waterworks Aquatics. The testimonials, Facebook reviews, Yelp reviews, and emails we receive are always taken into consideration when evaluating our customer service values. In order to properly train our Customer Experience Experts (CEE), we would like for them to understand the norms and extremities that our clients encounter on a typical day. Whether it be taking your children to school, tribulations at work, health and family issues, or any other obstacles that may be encountered in your day. We want to highlight these obstacles and challenges so our staff understands each interaction is unique and not automated. We understand the quality of our programs rely on the quality of our staff. Therefore we are planning on filming an internal video, which gives our staff a first hand experience of a day in our customer's shoes. We wish to create a video to remind us that everyone we interact with is a chance to create a remarkable experience. The video below is a Chick-Fil-A advertisement which illustrates the emotions we wish to portray in our video.
We would love to hear your story and experiences. You are not required to speak during the video, simply make an appearance, such as an ordinary day at Waterworks Aquatics.
