Kids Activities Fair
Thanks to everyone who visited the Waterworks Aquatics booth during the Preschool & Kids’ Activities Fair! The event took place this past Saturday, February the 7th, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Highlands Ranch. It was a great pleasure for our swim teachers, Mr. Luke and Miss Tiffany, to see all the tiny tots in the area! We hope to teach them valuable lessons about water safety and proper swimming skills at our new facility opening this month!
We had fun arts and crafts activities for the kids and all the information about the facility that will be located at 8980 Barrons Blvd. Construction is coming along quickly with the wonderful weather we’ve been having lately! With two pools, a comfortable viewing area and many other accommodations, this new facility will be one of Waterworks’ largest yet. We are set to open towards the end of this month and welcome everyone interested in excellent lessons!
The fair had many other organizations in attendance. From Dance Academy Denver to Little Rockies Pediatric Dentistry and an array of excellent preschools – there was something for everyone! Our wonderful, Waterworks Aquatics swim teachers were at the Kids’ Fair answering any questions parents had about the new facility and our swim programs. At Waterworks Aquatics, we like to share with our students skills that they can apply in any aspect of their life. Every muscle is used to maneuver oneself through the water and the repeated practice then helps kids improve their skills in virtually any sport. Not to mention the discipline it takes to focus and learn the many variables involved in proper swim technique! Our program is designed to take non-swimmers, even fearful swimmers, to a level of comfort and proficiency quickly.
We hope to see some familiar faces at the pool as we are already teaching complimentary lessons at the Residence Inn at 8322 S Valley Hwy! We will be offering those lessons to anyone in the community until the new facility is ready. Waterworks would like to thank everyone who attended the fair and talked with our wonderful staff. We are excited to be part of the Highlands Ranch community and proud to be opening our first school in Colorado! The anticipation!
