Recognition and Rewards!
Here at Waterworks our instructor’s value hard work and motivation, so when they see their students improve on their swimming skills, the instructors make sure to award their students! Students are awarded a ribbon for leveling up, and they get to dive into our TREASURE CHEST!
This is a special moment when children get to pick a toy from the chest and know that they earned it. When children (or adults!) and their hard work are valued, their satisfaction and productivity rises! They are motivated to improve their good work. So make sure to encourage your kiddos to keep up the good work!
