When my daughter started with Isela she was timid and lacked confidence which hindered her progress. During the first session I was amazed what a great instructor Isela was not only was she excellent at showing my daughter the technique she also provided the emotional encouragement that built confidence. Isela has been my daughter's instructor for 4 months and it's amazing to see how much my daughter has progressed and how confident she is as she does laps across the pool. I also witness Isela having the same outcome with other students, and she makes sure at the end of every session to speak to provide an update to the parent. You are very lucky to have an instructor like Isela.
I also must mention, there was recently a miscommunication regarding a class- Alicia took the time to listen to what had occurred and the issue was resolved leaving me feeling like a valued consumer.
