I cannot rave enough about my daughter's instructor. Anthony gets a million stars. He knows how to talk to kids. He lets them have fun but never loses track of the purpose. My daughter is 5 years old. She started her lessons with a different instructor who is no longer working at this facility a year ago. She was in tears and wanted to quit. We got Anthony by pure luck and it was a match.
She swims freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke beautifully and with such a great style. She is working on butterfly and just reached level 10 and I owe it all to Anthony.
the facility is clean for the most part and the staff are always courteous and polite. Their customer relation department is impeccable! They send surveys immediately after any change to the schedule. You can use the survey to convey your concern or issue.
