Started out our lil' one with a group session then moved him up to semi-private session. He loves it here and he loves his instructor, Hector. A few days before the weekly lesson he's asking, 'Go see Hector? Kick, kick, kick?'
Hector is incredibly personable, GREAT with kids and takes his time with the lil dude - it really makes a difference to have an instructor who cares and is patient, and as parents, we really appreciate it. Kudos to Waterworks management, great hire with Hector.
Front desk staff is also very helpful and friendly, they've been very accommodating for make-ups when the lil guy was sick and help in other schedule changes.
Ample parking, facilities are clean and well maintained, multiple shower and changing rooms. What's not to love? Also love the events (like Valentine's Day Family Swim Night) - great facility.
