Water Aerobics

Classes are offered year-round at our Irvine location. Classes for our Irvine location will be held in either our 25-yard outdoor pool heated to 86 degrees during the warmer months or in our indoor 25-yard pool heated to 88-89 degrees during the winter months.

All of our water aerobics classes are approved by the Arthritis Foundation.

Irvine Schedule:

Low Intensity Classes

Days: Monday, Friday:
Time: 10:30am – 11:15am

Days: Tuesday-Thursday (FREE with MS participation card):
Time: 10:30am – 11:15am
Instructor: Chrissy Newman

High Intensity Classes 

Days: Wednesdays
Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Instructors: Melanie Browning (Wednesday)

Days: Tuesdays/Thursdays
Time: 9:30am – 10:15am
Instructors: Chrissy Newman

$12 per class; purchase a Waterworks Aquatics scan card and save!

  • $108 for 10 classes
  • $150 for 15 classes
  • $180 for 20 classes

Benefits of Water Aerobics:

  • Improves circulation and strengthens muscles – particularly the abdominal muscles.
  • Improves flexibility and range of motion – easier to move joints in the water.
  • Increases endurance – can exercise longer in water without getting overheated.
  • Very beneficial for people with MS.
