Classes are offered year-round at our Irvine location. Classes for our Irvine location will be held in either our 25-yard outdoor pool heated to 86 degrees during the warmer months or in our indoor 25-yard pool heated to 88-89 degrees during the winter months.
All of our water aerobics classes are approved by the Arthritis Foundation.
Low Intensity Classes

- Improves circulation and strengthens muscles – particularly the abdominal muscles.
- Improves flexibility and range of motion – easier to move joints in the water.
- Increases endurance – can exercise longer in water without getting overheated.
